- We love to get you out of pain with our level 1 protocols but to reduce the probability of relapse, progressing through level 2 and 3 exercises is what is recommended. This is a very cost-effective way to do just that.
- Signing up for this membership could easily reduce your number of visits by 1-2 paying for itself quickly
- If you ever started to get an ache or pain elsewhere, call your PT and get started on the right exercises right away. By doing the right exercises, you could easily avoid ever needing us to see you in person!
- Lastly, still pictures do not have an explanation, nuance or instruction on the common technique errors for each exercise. With these short videos, you will get it right every time!
